Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or unauthorized modification

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect use or installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Compatibility issues with unsupported devices or networks

  • Products damaged by power surges, water, misuse, or third-party equipment

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
